  Research Interests

I am working on a project towards the development of highly active platinum-free electro-catalysts for hydrogen evolution reactions. This involves the controlled synthesis of nickel nano-particles by the process of electrochemical discharge. The project comprises the engineering of electrolytes and the control of the discharge activity. The electro-catalytic activity of the synthesized nano particles will also be investigated under industrial conditions as life time in function charging and discharging cycles are of interest in the case of super-capacitors.
